Frequently asked mat-ters
The Quikmat consists of several main components. The surface material is faux velvet fabric and the layer underneath is rubber sponge. However, unlike rubber mats with suction cups, water does not just slide over the mat. It is absorbed into the rubber layer which is specifically designed for it to swiftly evaporate.
If there is no water underneath the Quikmat, then it will tightly grip the bathroom surface. The rubber backing enables this. While we are confident in its super grip strength, we cannot claim that it is non-slip.
Simply apply detergent/ soapy water on it and pour water over it. You may use a soft-bristled brush to scrub the mat.
As for drying, please place the mat in a well-ventilated area away from direct sun exposure for a few hours. If the water content is minuscule, it will dry in minutes.
The mat curling up is a good indication that it's holding too much water in that particular area. But don't worry, it's an extremely easy fix!
Simply use both hands to grab the areas that are closest to the curled bit and stretch it, pointing the curled area down, towards the floor. That should make the mat hug the bathroom tightly again. If that doesn't solve it, air-dry the mat away from direct sunlight and give it a go again.

Just a little bit. The policy starts from the day after the product has been delivered. If you change your mind within 60 days after the product has arrived, we will send you a refund. No questions asked. The mat has to be in its original packaging and must be unused.
If the mat turns out to be faulty, i.e a section has been torn or ripped, send an email to support@thequikmat.com and upon approval, we will either send a replacement or issue you a return at no additional cost to you!
We will also refund the whole amount if you've used the mat upon requesting a refund within 60 days. It will have to be shipped back in the provided packaging at your cost. Upon receiving it, we will issue you the amount you have purchased. The used mat will also be donated to RSPCA and animal shelters.

We have absolute faith that the Quikmat will deliver an unparalled drying experience for longer than cotton bath mats. Your Quikmat should still function as it did on day 1, even after 6 months. For some reason, if the absorbency isn't on par or the rubber backing starts to get damaged (not outside of normal wear and tear), send an email to us and we will replace it with a brand new Quikmat with either the same design or another one.
